Affiliate Terms

1. Joining

• Approval is at our discretion and can be withdrawn if these terms are breached.
• You must be 18 or older and promote only in jurisdictions where our services are available.
• Each partner receives a unique tracking link; commissions are attributed through that link.

2. Commission and tiers

Commission rates and tier thresholds are shown on our Affiliates page. Tiers are reviewed on verified referred sales. Commission is earned on completed, non-refunded challenge purchases only.

3. Payouts

• Commissions become payable once the referred purchase is outside the refund window.
• Payouts are processed on request through the partner dashboard, subject to identity verification.
• Commission on any order that is refunded or charged back is reversed.

4. Promotional conduct

• Never promise profits, guaranteed payouts or risk-free trading.
• Always disclose that you are a BloomFunded affiliate where required by law or platform policy.
• No bidding on the BloomFunded brand in paid search, no spam, and no misleading claims about rules or pricing.
• No self-referrals, incentivised sign-ups or cookie stuffing.
• Do not imply that BloomFunded provides brokerage services, investment advice or live-market accounts.

5. Brand use

You may use our logo and approved marketing assets unchanged. You may not register domain names, social handles or apps that imply you are BloomFunded.

6. Termination

We may suspend an account and withhold unpaid commission where fraud, misleading promotion or a breach of these terms is identified. Questions can be sent to support@bloomfunded.com.
