1. What we provide

BloomFunded provides educational evaluation programmes on simulated (demo) accounts covering synthetic indices such as Boom, Crash, Step, Jump and Volatility. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management or any guarantee of profit. All trading on our accounts is simulated.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• You must not be a resident of a restricted territory listed in our Disclaimer.
• You must provide accurate registration and KYC information when requested.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent programme rules.

3. Programme rules

Each programme has its own published rule set — the 1 Step Challenge, 2 Step Challenge, Instant Account and Easy 5K Challenge rules pages form part of these Terms. Where a programme rule conflicts with a general statement on the website, the published rules page prevails. We may update rules for future purchases; the rules that applied at the time of your purchase continue to apply to that account.

4. Fees, payouts and refunds

• Challenge fees are payable up front and are stated at checkout before payment.
• Payout eligibility, profit splits and payout cycles are governed by the programme rules and our Payouts page.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
• Promotional codes are non-stackable and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Exploiting platform latency, pricing errors, feed outages or simulated-execution artefacts.
• Copy trading, account sharing, group trading or coordinated opposite-direction trading between accounts.
• Using automated systems designed to exploit the simulated environment rather than trade it.
• Fraudulent payment activity, chargeback abuse, or providing false identity documents.

Breaching this section may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of simulated profits and refusal of payouts.

6. Intellectual property

The BloomFunded name, logo, website, content and materials are our property. You may not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from third-party platform outages, data feed interruptions or your own trading decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, the programme rules or applicable law have been breached.

9. Governing law
